We are seeking a full-time Territory Sales Representative who will be responsible for identifying, nurturing and developing new business opportunities within Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Livings and Rehabs with a specific focus on understanding their staffing needs. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator who can build relationships, uncover pain points, and present staffing solutions.
Identify and qualify new healthcare facility prospects in need of staffing solutions, particularly within hospitals, clinics, and other medical facilities.
Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand client needs and offer customized staffing solutions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers, including facility managers, HR personnel, and department heads.
Understand and document client requirements, including staffing preferences, staffing gaps, and facility-specific demands.
Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closed contracts, ensuring consistent follow-up and lead nurturing.
Work closely with recruitment and internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and fulfillment of client staffing requests.

Here's what you'll need:
3+ years of direct sales experience (healthcare staffing strongly preferred).
Experience in inside sales, phone-based sales, or similar roles, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities to engage with prospects and internal teams.
Proficiency with CRM tools and technology platforms to manage leads and track progress.
Exceptional communication skills with a relationship-first mindset.
Strong problem-solving ability and customer-focused approach.
Familiarity with healthcare systems and regulations is a bonus.
